Covenant restrictions meant a special approach was necessary to achieve needed door height for this new shop. The owners required a 14’ clear opening, but sidewalls were limited to 14’ – 5”.

The answer was simple, a custom zero-headroom Concealed Cylinder door. This 21’ – 9” x 14’ door with its stucco and masonry matches the building and the nearby home. The integral porch has slate roof, small pane windows, gutters, downspouts, and brick pillars, for a striking statement.
