110′ x 28′ Aircraft Hangar Door

This project came to us as a special request: design and build a 110’ x 28’ door that would have structural insulated glass for cladding. As it has many times, our engineering team stepped up and made our customer’s request a beautiful reality. The door is sheathed with about 23,000 pounds of glass, with the door leaf assembly weighing about 40,000 pounds.
